News: Tales Of Name Change

The big Nintendo Power announcement is none other than the sequel to Tales of Symphonia. Also with a new name!
Last month's issue of the US Nintendo magazine, Nintendo Power, claimed they had a big RPG announcement that would please many RPG fans. With the release of the new issue, the big announcement has finally been revealed. Though it may not be as big as people imagined...
Nintendo Power's big announcement is none other than Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatosk making its way to the US, but also under a new name. For the US the game has been named as Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World. Not only does it sound more like a sequel after the events of the previous game, but it's easier to say too.
So far characters Collette, Genis and Raine have been confirmed as playable along with several towns being confirmed to be in the game. After the events of the previous instalment, the two worlds have merged with each other, tension has been rising so much that wars have broken out, destroying the peaceful city of Palmacosta and killing many. With two factions, one created by Sylvarent as they are seen as 'inferior' to the people of Tethe'alla, they created a vanguard against the people of Tethe'alla and the Church of Martel. With Palamacosta caught in the crossfire, a great fire raged, taking many lives. That day was named the "Purge of Blood", and the the massacre itself was claimed to be led by none other than a certain Lloyd Irving...
