News: The Conduit Voice Talent Revealed

High Voltage Software's The Conduit now has some Hollywood voice talent confirmed for the game.

The Conduit is easily one of the most anticipated games for the Wii in 2009. This first person shooter casts you as the secret service's Agent Ford, who finds himself embroiled in an alien invasion of Washington D.C.

For the voice of the hard boiled Agent Ford we have Mark A. Sheppard, a British born actor who is no stranger to Sci-Fi. Mark has starred in the X-Files, Firefly and more recently has been recurring in Battlestar Galactica as the highly capable yet ethically questionable lawyer Romo Lampkin.

William Morgan Sheppard has been cast in the role of John Adams who is Agent Ford's commander who orders him to infiltrate the Washington, D.C. area and discover the reasons for the alien invasion. William is another British born actor who not only spent 12 years in the Royal Shakespeare Company but has also appeared in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Babylon 5 and will soon be seen in the upcoming Star Trek movie.

Last and by no means least is Kevin Sorbo, who stars as the voice of the terrorist Prometheus who is in league with the alien invaders. Kevin is best known for his starring roles in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and as Captain Dylan Hunt in Andromeda.

There is still no news of a publisher for High Voltage Software's premier title but it is scheduled for release in Q1 2009 exclusively for the Wii. Let us know your views on the voice talent in the comments section below.
