Bring your drawings to life and use them to complete your adventure in The Magic Pencil.

GAE, Inc. has just announced a brand new game for the Nintendo 3DS called The Magic Pencil that gives you the chance to turn your drawings into reality. The title has been dubbed a "drawing adventure" one as your character can draw items that then appear in the game, allowing you to progress. The 3DS' ability to present 3D images will also be utilised and the drawings will be presented in real time.

The title allows you to draw and colour over 120 different items, which are utilised in a number of ways. You can draw items as requested by friends, ultimately transforming the world around you, and even find love through your magical abilities.

The Magic Pencil is due out this summer in Japan and GAE, Inc. are currently working to bring it to Western markets as well. In the mean time enjoy the screenshots within the gallery to get an idea of what to expect.
