Recently, THQ announced it will released a game based on on the upcoming Warner Bros. movie The Polar Express for all next-generation consoles.

Scheduled for a holiday 2004 release, The Polar Express is being directed by Robert Zemeckis (back to the future, cast away) and stars Tom Hanks in a variety of roles including the conductor of a magical train.

The game will be released for all next generation consoles, PCs and Game Boy Advance. It's unknown if Hanks will lend his voice to the game or if any of the motion capture work Zemeckis is using will be used to bring the game's characters to life.
