Guess what gadget TIME magazine have labelled their 'Gadget of the Week'? The clue is in the title...

After releasing on June 11th to over 136,000 units in just two days, the DS Lite has stormed its way to Gadget of the Week in the prestigious American magazine TIME. The magazine praised Nintendo on the fact that Nintendogs and the rest of the Touch Generation range of titles have suceeded in attracting many to the console who wouldn't usually play games.

Commenting that the sleek new DS Lite looks somewhat like the new white-glossy MacBook, the article comments on the design's brighter screens and the fact it looks "a lot less like a toy" than the original model.
