After a look at the Nintendo of Europe release dates list I noticed the date for Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes has changed.

The date was set for March 31st, but on a recent visit to the NoE release page Metal Gear has changed to the date of March 1st. Just about a whole month early. Could Europe actually get this game before both America and Japan?
