Ty The Tasmanian Tiger is to star in his own cartoon show!

Ty The Tasmanan Tiger, the average to not-so-bad platform character is soon to star in his own cartoon show it has been announced.

The announcement, hailed as "An incredible opportunity" by Krome Studios the developer of the game, comes coupled with th announcement that a major animation studio is to create the series.

The name "Film Roman" may not mean much to you. But if we were to say "The Simpsons" and "King of the Hill" you might get a little more excited. Yes indeed, the animation studio responsible for two of the biggest animated shows of all time is on board to produce the series. Of course, we can't expect a Matt Groening style take on the series, but the good people at Film Roman should be well capable of creating the wacky Australian world of Ty on the small screen.

Look out for Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue later this year!
