Ubisoft is launching My Health Coach on DS this summer with included pedometer - details inside!

This summer will bring the release of My Health Coach: Weight Management for the DS, developed with assistance from a fitness coach and a nutritionist and includes a pedometer which counts the steps you walk each day.

Ubisoft highlight how the title can easily be carried in the pocket and can hopefully keep you motivated as it fits into your daily routine. According to the Ubisoft:

"It is a fun, short and rewarding method to help you and guide you, step by step, to a healthier more balanced lifestyle. After just 10 to 15 minutes playing each day, the coaching sessions, daily challenges, mini-games and quizzes will leave you feeling the difference.

The pedometer slots into the DS and allows you to transfer your efforts into a personalised health programme, with your walking distances recorded into distances so you can see exactly when you have travelled the distance equivalent to the Great Wall of China. The title also features trivia games, hints and tips so that you can learn everything you need to know about proper nutrition and working out.
