A system update is available for the DSi in Japan and Europe which allows you to upload snaps taken on your DSi directly to your Facebook account.
Nintendo have today launched a new system update for the Nintendo DSi in Europe and Japan which allows users to upload pictures taken with their DSi cameras directly to Facebook.
After taking some pictures with your DSi Camera, you can scroll through your photo album and click the Facebook icon on the pictures you wish to upload. Through various acts of witchcraft, you can log in to Facebook through your album, and within seconds the photo will be uploaded and available for all to view on your account!
According to Joystiq, the firmware update also brings "faster image display speed in [the] DSi camera." It may also be of interest to those who use the DSi Browser a lot to know that an update for this software can be downloaded from the DSi Shop.
To download DSi firmware v1.4, head into your System Settings on the DSi Menu, toggle to the fourth page of options, and select System Update. Make sure you're within range of a Wi-Fi access point, and you're good to go!
We've already been getting freaky with the picture uploads, and it's safe to say that it's a very welcome addition to our already beloved handheld. Why not pay N-Europe's Facebook page a visit and share your pictures with us there?
Thanks to Serebii for the heads-up!
