While not confirmed yet there is some interesting news about Viewtiful Joe 2 thanks to 'Game Watch' magazine.

It has yet to be confirmed by Capcom but magazine 'Game Watch' did a feature about Viewtiful Joe 2 and released some details.

It seems that in the sequel you will play as Joe and his girlfriend Silvia, who happens to carry two cheerleader pom-poms. The two can work together in a team as well to add more action to the gameplay.

The graphics and style of the game will be similar to the original, as will the gameplay.

The game will probably be made by a different studio and is expected to be unveiled at E3 in May, for release before Christmas.
