Joe's DS adventure is granted a new title...

Capcom today made official the new title of Joe's upcoming DS game. Henceforth, let the game be known as Viewtiful Joe: Double Trouble. Wait, what!? A DS title not playing on the letters "D" and "S"? Shocking and bold, Capcom. Bravo.

Anyway, the game is set to be a brand new action-platforming romp in the vein of the first two console adventures. The major difference will be Joe's viewtiful new abilities, which from early playable demos seem to be built around the DS touch screen feature.

The game is currently slated for a late 2005 release. Stay tuned to further details, fellow superheroes.
