We're not really sure why, but Capcom's Viewtiful Joe beat-em-up has had yet another name change...

Formerly "VFX Battle", then "Battle Carnival", the Smash Bros. style beat-em-up from the Viewtiful Joe team now is titled "Viewtiful Joe: Red Hot Man".

The game now also has a firm Japanese date of 29.09.05, and will apparently launch in America by the end of the year. No news on a European release yet.

Players will fight as Joe, Silvia, Captain Blue or one of the many other characters included in the game (from previous VJ games and the Japanese animé series) and use their Viewtiful powers to ensure they come out as the winner.
