As Nintendo breach the 100 title mark, we have some sales figures...

With the release of new titles in America tomorrow (including the much anticipated Zelda II: The Adventure of Link), the Wii's Virtual Console service will now officially have 100 titles available for download.

Nintendo have revealed that since launching last November 19th, the service has clocked up 4.7 million downloads, with the top five being the Super Mario Bros. on the NES, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, the SNES' Super Mario World, and the NES Legend of Zelda.

Overall, more than 40% of all Wii consoles sold have been connected to the Internet, a number that will surely only rise higher...
