Initial sales figures for Wii Music show healthy sales for the first day...

According to Japanese chart compilers Enterbrain, Nintendo's newest release has sold more than 50,000 copies on its first day of release. Healthy sales, though not astronomical ones.

The title has been treated rather more cautiously by the media and public than success story that is Wii Fit, after a less than enthusing demonstration at this year's E3 and some general confusion over what the title can actually do.
