Downloadable extra content for originally downloadable WiiWare titles? Why not! Details inside...

New price details have been revealed for WiiWare "microtransactions" (in other words - downloadable content which adds on to your existing WiiWare downloads). Famitsu has this week detailed that Genki will be releasing an add-on pack for its Wiiware launch title puzzler, LONPOS. It'll be charging an extra 500 Wii Points for an expansion pack - with the original title selling for 1000 Wii Points.

We've previously reported that Bandai Namco will be providing a similar service for its own WiiWare launch title, Mojipittan, though pricing for that title has yet to be confirmed. It looks like expansions will be charged on a case-by-case basis however.
