Apparently if you use a 3rd person card with this game it can cause save file deletions and general problems. NCL have suggested that all people who buy it should use an official Nintendo memory card. It is always best to use Nintendo's though as they are what they say, official.

No details are known if the same problem will remain in the American and European version but it is most likely.
