The DS will definitely be getting a new game in Square Enix's Mana series. And that's not the only new title planned...

You may remember back in July we reported on news from the Square Enix Party that the company's mysterious World of Mana project would entail multiple games across multiple systems, one of which would likely be the DS.

Well, in the latest issue of Japanese gaming magazine Jump, two new Mana games have been confirmed. Seiken Densetsu DS: Children of Mana is well into development and seems to be a 2D action-RPG scheduled for a 2006 release in Japan.

The other game is said to be a proper sequel to previous titles in the series. Named Seiken Densetsu 4, the fully 3D boasts very detailed graphics, yet is currently slated for unknown current generation consoles. Could the Cube see a release? It's unlikely, but always a possibility.
