THQ announces the creation of an all-new Gamecube exclusive wrestling title based on the popular WWE Brand.

Gone is Wrestlemania, here comes WWE: Day of Reckoning, exclusive to the Nintendo Gamecube. Featuring over 40 of Wrestlings top stars, a few minor nobodies and a full create-a-superstar mode, Day of Reckoning puts you against one of the toughest challenges yet.

But no-one becomes a legend immediately, in this iteration of the popular franchise, your wrestler starts at the very bottom of the pile and fights his or her way up to the top. Initially you will fight minor amateurs and thugs, just out to give your wrestler a needless pummeling. But as the game and your wrestler progress, you'll get noticed by the stars, suffer your own dramas and setbacks and even get your very own shot at the big title. Stand back, ladies and gentleman, wrestling just got even more story-driven.

Also featured are more polygons per model, a targeting system where you can aim for specific body parts, and most excitingly for the boys: A full-on Bra and Panties mode, where you can take the female stars of wrestling and go a few rounds with each other in tight spandex and mini-skirts.

Also, when you DO make the big time and gain the championship belt, the game doesn't end. Instead, you'll be called upon time and time again to prove your mettle as the real superstar of the WWE! WWE: Day of Reckoning is shaping up to be one of the best wrestling games on the Cube.
