The Smash Bros Dojo has confirmed that Yoshi will make an appearance in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Yoshi is known in Smash Bros for his ability to do consecutive attacks, and he retains this ability in Brawl - this is also useful for mid-air combat. Yoshi will retain most of his moves from Melee, such as his Egg Roll and Egg Toss.
This time, though, Yoshi can use his Egg Toss to increase the distance of his jump.
