Bad news people...Update: Release date inside.

The critically acclaimed puzzler with a ridiculous name Zack & Wiki Quest for Barbaros' Treasure has been delayed in Europe to January 2008, according to Nintendo's site.

So, Europeans get the short end of the stick again, but at least it's just a month, and wallets everywhere are relieved.

Update: After swiftly putting your wallet away and relaxing that some money will be saved for Christmas, it's time to bring it back out. Zack and Wiki is now scheduled for January 18th in a statement from Nintendo and Capcom below:

"Nintendo and Capcom have both decided to launch this game early 2008 to ensure that this great title given to both the marketing and media coverage it deserves ... Nintendo undertakes to deliver this product at the right time and we hope that the decision to delay will not hamper too many users of the Wii waiting game "
