While it was stated a while back by Eiji Aonuma Nintendo have finally officially confirmed that a DS version of Zelda Four Swords is in the making.

Nintendo seem to be keen to make as many versions of Four Swords as they can, as DS has been added to the list. It is not known whether the game will be a simple port or a whole new game but it is rumoured that the DS' wireless multiplayer options will play a part.

As stated earlier, while Eiji Aonuma did declare this game a while back Nintendo have only just confirmed it themselves. More details will probably be released at E3.
