Animal Crossing fans rejoice!

Nintendo will be giving Zelda-themed gifts to Animal Crossing users to coincide with the Wii's launch in America.

If you log on to the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection between the 17th and 24th November, you will be given this special gift.

According to US publication, Nintendo Power, players will receive the gift in their little animal-filled town, straight from Nintendo to celebrate the release of Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess on Wii.

Nintendo UK were unavailable to confirm whether this offer will be active for gamers in the UK, but we expect that it will be.

So, great news for US owners, but we need confirmation that this will available to gamers in the UK. If anyone can provide information relating to this, it would be much appreciated.
