The lead producer of this month's Zelda Symphony Orchestra says that fans are in for an "awe-inspiring" show...
In an upbeat interview with ONM, Jeron Moore, producer of the Zelda Symphony concerts, teased that fans in attendance can expect a "jaw-dropping spectacle".
Moore, who has also produced the live concerts for Play! A Video Game Symphony, revealed how Nintendo's own music maestro Koji Kondo was on-board every step of the way with the arrangements.
"We've been very fortunate! Kondo-san has been very hands-on and instrumental during the entire production process. The set list fans will hear on the evening of October 25th in London at the HMV Hammersmith Apollo is the direct result of a true collaboration between both our teams, all directly supervised by Kondo-san himself."
Moore wouldn't reveal exactly which pieces the orchestra would be performing, but divulged that it would be playing "roughly 80 minutes" of music.
The music that will be played has been re-arranged solely to maximise the live setting. Like with the E3 orchestra performance, the show will play out accompanied by a video presentation to achieve a "full-on multimedia event". Moore says that the result is "jaw-droppingly cinematic".
He also revealed that the whole project may not have been possible without the personal support and enthusiasm from Nintendo of America's Bill Trinen and Kim Moore, so we reckon everyone should be extra nice to them come next E3.
