Based on the Zoids anime cartoons Tomy brings a sequel of Zoids Versus to the Nintendo GameCube in Japan. Zoids Versus, released in Japan a year ago, is a simulation of actually piloting a Zoid. You can face off against various computer opponents advancing in rank or face your friend in the two player battle mode.

The game is expected to ship September 2003 in Japan. There is no word on a American or European release of the game, though we are pretty certain it will not be released outside of Japan.
