Nintendo quietly confirmed a while ago that they were looking to bring their characters to theme parks, and now we have some details.  Mario and co will be heading to Universal Theme Parks in Osaka, Hollywood and Orlando in the near future.

Each Universal Theme Park will have its own unique Nintendo section that will be immersive and interactive with attractions, shops and restaurants that will bring Nintendo's characters to life.

Planning is already well under way and the parks will open separately over the next few years.
