Cadence of Hyrule has certainly been a succesful venture between Nintendo and developers Brace Yourself Games who developed the Zelda-themed spin-off from their previously released Indie smash-hit, Crypt of the Necrodancer.

Seemingly out of nowhere, just over six months since the games original launch date, Nintendo have announced an update for the game which includes brand new free DLC in the form of a new storyline titled "Octavo's Ode" which puts you in the role of the titular Octavo, where players can discover his true intentions for taking over Hyrule.

Will you be checking out this free DLC? Have you beaten the main game? Are you perhaps waiting for a potential physical version containing both Cadence of Hyrule and Crypt of the Necrodancer? (Surely even more likely now with the release of this latest content?)
