Nintendo Humble Bundle offers great games at your price

Humble Bundles offers gamers the chance to get a bunch of games for a price they set.  You can pay anything over $1 and get several games and all the proceeds go to charities.

Nintendo previously did a Humble Bundle for American gamers, but this is the first one that European gamers can participate in simply by going to the Humble Bundle site and pledging an amount.

The games you get depend on how much money you give:

Give more than $1

  • Retro City Rampage: DX (Nintendo 3DS)
  • Affordable Space Adventures (Wii U)
  • Shantae and the Pirate's Curse (Wii U / Nintendo 3DS)

Give more than the average (currently $9.17)

  • Freedom Planet (Wii U)
  • Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure (Nintendo 3DS)
  • Citizens of Earth (Wii U or Nintendo 3DS)
  • Retro City Rampage: DX Nintendo 3DS HOME Menu Theme (Nintendo 3DS)
  • More games coming soon

Give more than $13

  • Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition (Nintendo 3DS)
  • Darsiders II (Wii U)

Nintendo has chosen the charities Code.org, a nonprofit that seeks to increase diversity in computer science, and SOS Children's Villages International, an Austrian-based organisation that seeks to improve the welfare of children, to benefit from this bundle.

The bundle is available until 7pm (UK time) on May 10th.  More titles will be added to the bundle on May 3rd.

If you purchase the bundle you will be sent codes which can then be redeemed on the appropriate eShops.  European gamers can also redeem them in the browser-based eShop except for the Retro City Rampage: DX theme (which must be done on the Nintendo 3DS).
