Suddenly, we here at N-Europe have a lot of hats that need eating as Nintendo have only gone and released a paid iOS app.

Indeed, a new version of the 3DS download, Pokédex 3D, is now available for iPhone, iPod and iPad. 

The download features all of the Pokémon from Black and White and costs 170 yen. There are in app purchases in the form of previous generations which are available to download at 500 yen a pack. 

The app is developed by Creatures Inc., co-developers of the main Pokémon series.

At the moment the app is only available in Japan but stay tuned as we'll have all the latest information if a wild European release appears.
