Nintendo of Europe has announced a new winter 3DS promotion that could see you pick up a free game to download.

All you need to do is register two things on the Club Nintendo website between now and January 12th. First, you'll need to register a Nintendo 3DS, 3DS XL, or 2DS system. If you've already registered your system before today, you'll need to go out find an unregistered code to be eligible!

Second, you'll need to register either Super Smash Bros. on 3DS (releasing on October 3rd), Pokémon Omega Ruby, or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire (releasing on November 28th).

If you register and system and one of those games, then you'll receive a download code of your choice for one of seven great 3DS titles. They are:

• Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
• The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
• Yoshi's New Island
• Kirby: Triple Deluxe
• Mario Golf: World Tour
• Mario Party: Island Tour
• Pokémon Art Academy

You'll need to request your chosen game by February 12th, and then use the download code by March 12th.
