For our European readers, that time translates to:

15:00 BST (UK)

16:00 UTC+1 in most of Europe (Brussels, Berlin, Paris etc)

Whilst this might just be a short trailer (Nintendo of Japan's tweet specifies 3 glorious minutes), we're hoping to get a glance of what the system can do, a few key titles (Mario NX!) with a full reveal/breakdown coming in the next couple of weeks. No word on where the trailer will pop up, probably Nintendo's youtube channel. Watch this space!

It's also probably worth pointing out that the banner above, straight from Nintendo.com, refers to the console as a "home gaming system". Although not closing the discussion on the hybrid system, it does settle the debate on the idea that it might be portable-first.

Now whilst you may normally take the above with a pinch of salt, with Tom being N-Europe's previous editor-in-chief, we tend to give him the benefit of the doubt!
