Wii U now available for £149 in the UK
UK retailer ASDA has slashed the Wii U once again by another £50 bringing the Basic model to £149 and the Premium bundle to £199.

This weeks downloads: Wii U Virtual Console receives a duo of men, whilst 3DS enjoys NES classics
Pac-Man and Mega Man make their way to Wii U whilst the 3DS plays host to a bunch of NES classics including Ice Climber and Balloon Fight, which can be enjoyed with two people thanks to download play.

The Wii has had a bad history with hacking and piracy, but amid recent rumours the Wii U has been hacked, Nintendo are keen to ensure everyone that they are dedicated to keeping the system secure and that no reports of illegal Wii U games have been made.

Miiverse now available on PC and mobile
From today you can start using Miiverse on the go as it has launched for PC and mobiles. Still in beta form, the site allows you to reply to posts. Official app and 3DS update due soon.
