Ubisoft prepared to port Wii U titles to tablets and smartphones to lower development costs
Ubisoft has shown strong support for the Wii U so far, with no less than 8 games scheduled for the launch period, but the company has plans to port these titles to tablets and smartphones if they aren't successful enough.

Atlus bringing 3DS action-RPG title Code of Princess to America
