The heavily rumoured Paper Mario Wii U title is finally here! ...Well, it will be by the end of the year! Paper Mario Color Splash see's our crafted plumber make the jump to HD.

In this new title, taking place on Prism Island, the world is drained of colour and it's up to Mario to set off on his journey and return colour to the land with his paint-infused hammer. As you traverse the world you can whack grey objects, or even toads, with your hammer to bring them to life. 

As you jump into battle, you'll be presented with cards on your Wii U GamePad screen, which you can paint and send into battle. As well as normal moves, there will be awesome special moves, such as one featuring a giant fan that literally blows enemies away.

The title is still in development so no concrete release details have been set, but expect to see Paper Mario before the year is out.
