We previously reported that a patch is on the way to Penny’s Big Breakaway which will allow the game to run at 60fps, and you’ll be glad to hear that it’s finally available to download!

Once downloaded, just head to Video Settings in the main menu of the game, and set it to Performance Mode.

While it was previously thought that this patch would bring things to a steady 60fps, early reports seem to indicate that this is sadly not the case, and instead it just allows the game to go up to 60fps, but it will still occasionally dip below that.

Still, the option is there to try out, and perhaps it will improve your experience with the game.
