Nintendo has revealed that 2003's Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire are to be getting the remake-treatment on 3DS this year.

No screens or videos have been shown of the games, but the titles have been confirmed as Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

They will be launching worldwide this November.

It is the third line of Pokémon remakes, following Fire Red and Leaf Green on Game Boy Advance, and Heart Gold and Soul Silver on Nintendo DS.
