Just yesterday Nintendo released a trailer for the sixth and final instalment in the Layton series, so its apt that we finally get a release date for the fifth installment, the Miracle Mask, here in Europe.

Yes, a year and a half after its original release, Professor Layton And The Miracle Mask will be landing in Europe on October 26th.

In Miracle Mask, gamers will be tasked with stopping a mysterious masked man from terrorising the citizens of Monte d'Or. As an incentive to pick up the game as soon as possible, a new puzzle will be delivered every day via SpotPass from the games release for 365 days. That's a lot of free puzzling. 

The game has already recieved great praise from critics after its Japanese release so it seems it has been worth wait.
