Rayman Legends delayed, turns multi-platform

Rayman Legends has sadly been delayed again, this time until September. That's quite disappointing for gamers who were excited for the title set for release in a mere three weeks.

The delay is due to the game now appearing on other formats, specifically the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Ubisoft Montpellier is developing all three versions. The Wii U game has been available in demo form now for quite some time, and shows some interesting uses of the touch-screen. Whether or not these features will be available in the other format versions, over devices such as Smart Glass, is yet to be seen.

The publisher has given no official comment on the delay just yet, so stay tuned for more as it breaks.

This news has created quite a storm on social networks and forums, with fans angry that the title is no longer an exclusive. What do you make of this news? Are you disappointed that the Wii U has lost a great exclusive? Or are you happy that more people will be able to experience Rayman?
