Rayman Legends demo to be released alongside Wii U

A demo version of Rayman Legends will be released on the Wii U eShop the same day as the console is launched.

Originally the full title was supposed to be released on November 30th, alongside the Wii U itself, but unfortunately had to be pushed back to Q1 2013.

Ubisoft has, however, informed Eurogamer that a demo will be made available on the eShop next Friday.

Rayman Legends takes full advantage of the asymetrical gameplay style Nintendo is pushing with the Wii U, with up to four players being supported in-game by whoever has control of the GamePad.

We had a chance to play the game earlier this year and said that it "provides a fantastic platforming game for the Wii U, hot on the hells of Nintendo's own New Super Mario Bros. U".
