The Opera browser for Wii isn't free forever. Get it for free while you can...

After the 30th June, new Wii owners will need to purchase the Opera Browser for Wii. Get yours while you still can.

The full version of the Opera Wii (aka Wii Browser and Internet Channel) was released a while ago, and Nintendo promised that the browser will be free for a limited period of time. Just to remind you: after the 30th June, those who have not already downloaded the Internet Channel will need to purchase it for 500 Wii Points.

Those who have already downloaded the Internet Channel will not need to purchase the Internet Channel - It will remain free for those who already have it.

If you haven't downloaded the Internet Channel, go to the Wii Shop channel and get it now (Wii Software - Internet Channel). You never know when it will come in handy.
