EA's Montreal Studio could be underway creating a rhythm game for the Wii.

Random Nintendo is reporting that EA are developing a rhythm game for the Nintendo Wii, similar to that of Konami's Dance Dance Revolution series.

The task is being undertaken by EA's Montreal Studio, and the game will be controlled by moving both the Nunchuk and Wiimote, but there are reports that this game will lack the dance mat feature, which will be utilised in Konami's Dance Dance Revolution: Hottest Mix title for the Wii.

EA have not confirmed or denied that this game exists, but if they do, we'll keep you in the know.
