Do we now know a hell of a lot more about Grand Theft Auto: China Town Wars?
According to a hastily-removed recent consumer survey, Rockstar have been polling the public on their opinions about the upcoming Grand Theft Auto title for the DS - and allowing us an early clue at what this mysterious title will really be like.
Looking at the questions, it is pretty easy to deduce that the game will take part in a massive open world environment featuring changing weather and traffic patterns plus intelligent civilian and police AI. Players will likely take on the role of a young gang soldier involved in an internal power struggle for the gang's leadership.
Participants in the quiz were asked what they thought of a game which combined 70+ missions and over twenty hours of total gameplay with a large amount of replayability on top - and the ability to jump to and replay any completed mission from a handy menu.
The title is likely to also feature sylus-based mini-games, involving assembling sniper rifles, breaking locks, and hotwiring cars. On top of that, there is also talk of four-mode Wi-Fi Connection options, including racing and co-operative modes.
If all of this comes true, then Grand Theft Auto: China Town Wars could be shaping up to be a very neat little package.
