Could the DS version of Mario Kart be delayed by a couple of weeks? Plus news of another DS bundle inside!

First off, DS-x2 are reporting that Mario Kart could possibly be delayed in Europe from November 11th by a fortnight until November 25th.

Nintendo Europe's official site for the game is of no help clarifying the matter, as it just states a vague "November" release date. We hope to hear what's going on from Nintendo soon, so stick with us and we'll keep you posted.

Additionally, our colleagues over at DS Advanced are reporting there will be a new DS bundle for American gamers. It'll apparently feature a red coloured DS, a copy of Mario Kart and should retail for $149.99.

Update: We can now confirm that Mario Kart DS will indeed launch two weeks later than originally planned. It's new release date is November 25th 2005.
