Rumour: Pandora's Tower Heading to Europe?

Is Ganbarion's obscure slice 'em up set for a European release?

Could it be that everything's coming up Milhouse for Europe? Not only are we getting a sweet limited edition bundle of Xenoblade Chronicles in a couple of months, but another unlikely contender may be gracing our shores in future.

Pandora's Tower - an ecclesiastic Wii action title from the developers of Jump Super Stars - was released in Japan earlier this year under the publishing banner of Nintendo. It recently made a public appearance at the Japan Expo in France. But French site LiveWii are also reporting that it is scheduled for its own release in Europe next year.

It comes among recent sporadic reports that Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi's The Last Story is also due to hit our continent in 2012. If both rumours are true, it would mean all three Nintendo titles at the heart of the Operation Rainfall campaign will be seeing a release in Europe without any of them making the journey to North America.

As always, the best thing to do is await official confirmation from Nintendo of Europe, but with the two titles reported as arriving in 2012, that is likely a while away.
