Rumour: Spring 2007 PAL Launch For Revolution?

A "senior source" has apparently been talking about Revolution release dates. Treat the following info with skepticism...
MVC has apparently learned some information from an un-named Nintendo source after E3. Apparently, the current thinking is that "Revolution will launch towards the end of next year ... mirroring the DS strategy, so Revolution would release in the US first in November, closely followed by Japan then we're looking at March 2007 for PAL territories."
Launching a system first in America would certainly follow the trend set by the DS, but would be a first for a Nintendo home console. The source also commented briefly that the newly announced Gameboy Micro would be "priced between SP and DS," and that it's expected the "the SP [will] reduce in price to accommodate it."
Wishfull thinking? Well not for us Europeans who might have to wait almost two years for the Revolution! It's worth remembering though - Nintendo has so far refused to comment on release dates, and have gone so far to suggest they aren't yet set in stone anyway, and are dependant on Sony and Microsoft releasing their information first so the Revolution's ideas aren't stolen.
We'll have more information when we get it.
