Some very sad news arrived from Japan late on Sunday evening, Nintendo has announced the death of their company president Satoru Iwata.

Nintendo Co., Ltd. deeply regrets to announce that President Satoru Iwata passed away on July 11, 2015 due to a bile duct growth.

From all of us here at N-Europe we express our deepest sympathies to Mr Iwata's family, friends and his colleagues.

He will be sorely missed by many and will never be forgotten for his contribution not only to the industry but to this world as a phenomenal person.
