Sega has released the full break-down of its earnings for the previous fiscal year, and set out its plans for 2013 and early 2014.
The publisher, which has been forced into dramatic cut-backs in recent years, enjoyed two million-sellers in the west during the last fiscal year ending March 2013: Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed on PS3, Xbox 360, Vita, 3DS, Wii U, and PC; and Aliens: Colonial Marines PS3, Xbox 360, and PC (though there's still no sign of a Wii U release for the critically-panned shooter).
Looking forward, the company also revealed how many titles it plans to release in this fiscal year, ending March 2014. Sega will publish 7 titles on Wii U, although the key word used was 'SKU', meaning it may actually be less individual games if special editions are accounted. On top of this 6 releases are also planned for Nintendo 3DS. Sega expects just under a million software sales for each Wii U and 3DS.
Sega itself notes its key franchises these days as Sonic the Hedgehog, Total War, and Football Manager, so bets are at least one of the planned games for Wii U and 3DS is a new entry from the Blue Blur.
