It's been a long, patient road for European Atlus fans when it comes to their 3DS RPGs. The wait for Shin Megami Tensei IV is almost over. Atlus today confirmed that the game will arrive sometime in September. We already knew that it was going to be a digital-only release in the EU, but now we're also getting a good price for it too, £17.99/€19.99 to be exact.
All of the DLC will make it over except for the retailer-exclusive pre-order bonus that North America received.
Here's a quick overview of the game.
The story of Shin Megami Tensei IV revolves around the Samurai, the sacred protectors of the Eastern Kingdom of Mikado. As a newly appointed Samurai, players will struggle with factions that have nefarious designs on the world as they defend their home kingdom from a growing army of demons. Decisions players make throughout the course of the story will have lasting repercussions, as the fate of the world hangs in the balance.
