Last year SNK showed that they are working on a new game in the classic fighter series Samurai Shodown. The game is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the Nintendo Switch. A launch window for the Switch version has finally been announced; the game will launch in Q4 of 2019. 

Samurai Shodown is a reboot of the classic series, built in the Unreal 4 Engine but utilizing a unique brushstroke graphical style to match the Japanese roots of the series. You can watch a trailer below, or visit the official website for more info.
