Speculation: Fire Emblem Connectivity?

Will the new Fire Emblem title be able to link up with the new Game Boy Fire Emblem title?
A recent issue of Jump magazine has provided details about the newest Fire Emblem title. But more appropriate for us, it mentions the GameCube title.
The article is written in Japanese so exact details are not known but people are guessing that you will be able to connect Fire Emblem: Shouma no Kouseki on the GBA to Fire Emblem: Trail of the Flame on the GameCube.
