A new 'toys to life' title from Ubisoft has been announced and it's heading to Nintendo Switch.

Ubisoft are set to join the growing trend of 'toys to life' products alongside Nintendo's amiibo and Activision's Skylanders with Starlink: Battle for Atlas.

In Starlink, you can build and customise your own spaceship, customising it on the fly with the changes of your model appearing instantly in game. 

Attaching to the top of the controller, you'll be able to attach guns and armour mid-game to the physical spaceship above your controller which will convert in real time to your current game, helping you to overcome huge battles. 

Starlink: Battle for Atlas is due Autumn 2018.
